You are eligible for an OLEV grant if:
- You purchased your car after October 2016.
- You have off-street parking.
- Your charger is installed by an OLEV approved installer such asEvolution Solutions.
Installation
When you purchase a charging point you will receive:
- A top-quality Pod Point or Rolec charge point
- Reliable service from a qualified electric vehicle installer.
- Demonstration, advice and support on how to use your charge point.
Savings
Electric charging will save you money on the running cost of your vehicle.
- Electric charging is 175% cheaper than petrol/diesel
- The average driver will save 7p per mile, around £490 per year
- Save £100 per year on road tax
Funding
OLEV grants don’t just provide assistance with the cost of the purchase and installation of home charging points. They also cover workplace and Public Electric Vehicle charging.
